American Red Cross recovery team members, Karina and JJ, help Elisa Celis and her family start their road to recovery after their home in Laguna Heights was destroyed when a EF-1 tornado ripped through their neighborhood Saturday morning.

“When I see the Red Cross it gives me hope, hope that we can start again and we will be ok,” said Mrs. Celis.
